Registration should therefore be completed by all presenters, including the students who will present papers. A person giving multiple presentations is allowed to present at most two papers and must be one of the co-authors of each paper presented. A person giving two presentations is required to pay full registration fee for the first paper and publication fee, which is the same as the full registration fee, for the second paper.
