Abstract
Embedded S/W Research
Division of ETRI has developed many embedded solutions such as; Linux based
Embedded OS named Qplus, small sized OS for ubiquitous sensor networks named
Nano-Qplus, embedded S/W development toolkit for Qplus and Nano-Qplus named
Esto and so on.
Qplus is based on embedded
Linux kernel (2.x) and supports soft real time scheduling, Linux BIOS-based
fast boot, etc. Nano-Qplus is a small-sized(less than 10KB), distributed
real-time and smart (context-aware) operating system suitable for the sensor
networks. EstoÕs visual development environment accelerates embedded S/W
development speed and includes Remote Debugger, Project Manager, Power Monitor,
Tracer, DDK, etc.
