The council meeting will be held on the campus of UCI right after UKC2005.

KSEA Councilors and Officers required to attend the Council Meeting

• Technical Group Councilors
• Qualified Chapter President Councilors

According to the Bylaws and the Rules of KSEA, a chapter president is qualified to serve as a Council member if there are at least 30 members in the chapter who paid the membership fees.  For the sake of determining this qualification of a chapter president, the number of members who are in the chapter and paid the membership fees at least once during July 1, 2004 (33^rd  Administration) - August 5, 2005, will be used as the basis.
