* Invited paper presenters, KSEA members, or representatives of sponsoring organizations may apply for registration fee waiver by filling the following form
and submitting it together with the registration form in Section 1.
Approval is not automatic in general although (1) all applications received by July 20th from active KSEA members who work in USA, have paid membership fees for the current fiscal year (2005.07.01-2006.06.30), and have filled the member information ("My Profile") via the KSEA web properly (at least education history, experience, and contact information) , (2) all those from paper presenters who are recommended by symposium organizers, and (3) all those from representatives of sponsoring organizations, will be approved. Late applications will be approved only when the budget condition allows.
However, if one can pay the registration fee, e.g., from his/her research project fund, it is a valuable contribution to UKC2005 and KSEA.
* All paper presenters who were invited or recommended by symposium organizers and pay the registration fee, will be entitled to the honorarium of $100.
* Qualified Korean-American scientists and engineers can join KSEA by following the procedure described in the web, http://www.ksea.org. Membership application can be approved before UKC2005 only if they have filled the member information ("My Profile") via the KSEA web properly (at least education history, experience, and contact information).
