  There are two kinds of rooms:  $90 (1 or 2 beds) for Deluxe
  PALM COURT and $105 (1 or 2 beds) Deluxe WATER (view of the
  water in the harbor).  In order to secure rooms, the deposit
  equivalent to the first night’s room charge must be made.

At midnight, Jan.5, 1997, all unfilled rooms in the special
reserved block will be released.  It may be difficult to find
rooms in this club after Jan.5.

Cancellation Policy:
1. Before Jan. 5, contact Taehyung Wang.  Deposit will be
refunded without any charge.
2. During Jan. 5 - Jan.17, Deposit minus the processing fee of
$20 will be refunded.
3. If the cancellation request is not received at least 20 days
before the reserved date, NO REFUND will be made.
Due to Christmas and New year events, we expect delays in mail
delivery during Dec. 25 - 30, 1996.  During this period, you may
contact Taehyung Wang for matters related to the hotel

For the nights of Feb.5, Feb.6, we strongly recommend WORDS ’97
participants to stay at the excellent workshop location (The
Balboa Bay Club).  Boat deck, heated swimming pool, tennis court,
and golf course are available with appointment.
